What You Will Learn
Many psychologists and helping professionals feel stuck in dilemmas when it comes to charging for their work. You may hesitate to raise your fees, feel anxious about enforcing cancellation policies, or undercharge because you worry that higher rates might make you seem uncaring. But this can leave you struggling to meet your financial targets, with little room to rest, invest, or grow. Over time, this can limit your ability to innovate or diversify your business and make your work feel more draining than fulfilling.
These challenges are not about numbers but rooted in our histories, internalised messages and systemic factors.
My Workshop will help you understand the psychological forces that shape your relationship with money and how these may be driving unhelpful charging patterns. You will be guided through the Four Pillars of Financial Confidence, a reflective framework designed to help you charge your worth and grow your practice:
Smart Financial Foundations
Awareness of Your Money Story
Empowered Money Mindset
Support and Positive Influences
In this Workshop, we will focus mainly on the second and third pillar – Awareness of Your Money Story and Empowered Money Mindset. These are at the roots of charging dilemmas and most suited for psychological work. I will draw on my clinical expertise to help you explore these deeper layers and shift not just your charging behaviours but how you feel about it.
Please note: This Workshop is not therapy, financial advice, or business coaching. It is an educational and reflective resource designed to support your personal and professional growth.
